oh, that could cost me money… |

Could do with some rifes with bayonets, seems the WW1 Germans in other ranges are modeled without bayonets as well |

Ok, tempted. Lots of optional sprue or metal pieces would really increase versatility. |

Providing steel helmets for later war would also make the set more versatile. My research indicates that the buttoned tunic continued to be used right up to wars end. |

Agree HammerHead, Jerry used the bayonet as much as any other nation, and their tactics dictated rush tactics and the bayonet. Cheers liking this idea |

Pan, you can have Germans in the spiked helmet in 1916 don`t know how long it took to issue troops with the steel ones. I keep coming across that troops on both sides liked older equipment, marked them out as veterans.Or at least survivors! Zorgon, don`t know why figures come without bayonets keeps happening. |

Pretty decent looking sculpts, but sounds like there won't be much in the way of extra modelling options (other than two extra heads). |

8 to a frame how many frames per box……? |

Interesting. But do I really want to do early WW1 in yet another scale? |
Griefbringer | 15 Nov 2014 7:32 a.m. PST |
8 to a frame how many frames per box……? Does it really matter? Your average wargamer will probably buy enough boxes to field a whole company. |
HammerHead | 16 Nov 2014 9:46 a.m. PST |
Might need a few to top up a unit, heaven knows there are enough new WW1 German figures out there to buy. I would have liked to seen a box of Russians or Turks. |
