I really want to jump "all in" to this game, but I'm not really sure what to make of it? I'll probably get a starter and the first wave perhaps, but I'd like more of an idea about what's to come…I wish I could get to that link from my office…arrrggghhhh!!!

I'm torn.

I like the concept but they've already gone past the Original Movies. Granted, the first movies didn't offer a lot of variety; but, this will turn off the purist in me.

It looks like you will end up with a whole lot of extra Tie Advanced! Possibly B-Wings also. Not a lot of either of those used at one time.

Still, watching this with a lot of interest

It looks good to me and I look forward to getting it, but does anyone know when it will be released?

If it was down to the movies though there would exactly one Imperial ship, and 3 rebel ships. Not a lot to base a game around.

As for me, I'm going to start with a starter set and see if I like the game plays, then decide if I'm going to buy in more heavily. Ironically the Assault Frigate MK II and the Gladiator are some of the my favorite EU ships, so they've got a hook into me already….

I definitely like these minis over the WOTC ones. When is the initial release?

I'd like to see more of it. I'm more interested in this one than I am the Imperial Assault game though.

Glad you enjoyed them boys! (smile)

Wow… $40 USD for a single ship?? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!?

Too bad they don't have the licence for the prequels. At least with that series they could have made it to the end of Wave 1 without having to dig into the EU.

Saw the game demo at GenCon.
I am unimpressed with it in every manner.

DS, could you elaborate why? I am tempted, but limited funds makes me warry of getting into something I won't love six months down the road
