In Battletech, do the Clans have any command vehicles or coolant vehicles? If so, what do they look like? |

Not even clan second line units will have command vehicles or coolant vehicles. Coolant vehicles are non combat units so even solohma units will have them and command vehicles are not really needed when even your galaxy commanders are on the front line. At Tukayyid ilKhan Ulric Kerensky came closest to running the campaign from a command center but it was aboard a cruiser in space. |

Neither appear to be part of Clan Doctrine. Nearly all commanders lead from the front, and the whole 'withdraw to cool' concept doesn't really line up with the Clan dueling rules. -Will |

You also have to consider the more efficient heat sinks the clans use to allow them to handle heat without coolant vehicles. |

Yeah, clan mechs usually pack enough heat sinks that they don't suffer from heat problems. |

We just use the ATRY, Command HQ, Coolant trucks and Long Toms as objective pieces for the game. I have never used them to actually "cool a mech". I stay in the 3025 era, BTW. Have you guys? If so I would love to hear about your scenario. WALLY |
