I've just received my initial order and my follow-up order of Artizan and Crusader WW2 figures from North Star Figures in just ten days that is the quickest turnaround time I've ever had from Britain. (And Canada Customs didn't stop the package either so I didn't get hit for the Canadian version of the VAT!)

The figures were all in good condition and I even got a free cup of tea out of the deal.

So my thanks to Nick and Christine for the excellent service; and I'd also like to take the opportunity to reiterate that my only query with my first order was over not knowing when I would get an electronic invoice and not doubting the firm's service or competence that is, obviously, top notch. Thanks again.

I'll second that. Always in safe hands and the tea bag never fails to make me smile thumbs up

Thanks Andy.

We're not perfect, and in fact we had a bottle-neck recently with casting which has held up some orders. But an exhausted, red faced Paul the Caster put his head through the door an hour ago and said 'Mail order casting is upto date'. So if anyone has been waiting for an order, it'll be with you next week, and that includes wire spears again at last.

Cheers
Nick

PS Going to see Fury this weekend, will I be pleased or disappointed?

I had a couple of small issues following on from an order during the recentish 1672 range sale, and both were resolved efficiently and courteously – so I can't fault North Star's service.
