…Ruined House Review. "Recently I bought the latest terrain products from Battlefront designed with The Great War in mind. I wanted these as I didn't think I'd find the time to getting around to making my own and as we all know by now, these come pre-painted ready to go…"

Time will tell if there really is a market for resin cowpats with more than a passing resemblance to Mickey Mouse, but personally I am sceptical. |

From experience…. I like the resin so much more then the foam in this case. I do a lot of WW1 (or rathe rused to) in 28mm… a table that isn't packed with craters is not a good ww1 table… it really adds depth AND is easily handled so they don't become hazards for your figures to fall on. There are a lot of companies that sell thes ethough.. time will tell if BF ones become the norm. |

"Time will tell if there really is a market for resin cowpats with more than a passing resemblance to Mickey Mouse, but personally I am sceptical." cynic…..an exceptionally funny one!……but still a cynic!
It would be possible to do a range of wargames terrain that uses profiles of Disney charactors that does work as terrain! |

We have always done well with these:
From our Dugouts range: linkThey might be for 28mm, but they are just a BIGGER shell hole in smaller scales. |

That reminds me: I need a few more small craters for my 20mm WW2 games, for things like 50mm, 60mm, and 81mm mortars. Where can I find some? (I'm in the US.) They need to be individual craters, normally for rounds that land during the game, not pre-existing. |

I've got some "Kyromek" craters like 'em a lot. |
