Anybody making large 15mm Witch hunter, Puritan times type figures that will mix with my existing 18mm fantasy stuff from Black Raven's Forge , Splintered Light and Demonworld?

You do know that Splintered Light has one in Archer's collection?

Not sure how they compare size-wise but Blue Moon has several possibilities under their 15mm Horror Range:

Blue Moon also has a few Puritan-type witch hunters in their Vampire Hunters pack.

Evilgit – do you have any photos or a blog displaying the figures/game the Witch hunter is for?

I would love to see what type of a game you are setting up for.

Splintered Light has several in the Undead Hunter Crew pack.

I'm looking at 'Witch Hunter: The Invisible World" RPG. Haven't bought it yet but it looks promising based on what little I can find online about it. I was just kinda brainstorming with a friend about a fantasy-esque game set during the Salem Witch Trials, googled it and discovered someone had already made an rpg that was pretty close to our ideas.

I really like some of the Blue Moon stuff, less so the cartoony pumpkin head guys, but still lots of useful stuff. Can anyone comment on how they compare size wise to Splintered Light?

And I knew I had seen that Splintered Light Witch Hunter, I just couldn't remember where! Thanks!

Any historical sources for period civilians?

Or period Indians?

Blue moon has tons of early colonial civilians and indians, check some of their other ranges.

Heresy has a 28mm halfling witch hunter that works as a largish 15mm figure.
