"What do you look for in a online reseller?" Topic

Like it says on the tin, What do you guys look for when shopping for boardgames/wargames online?

History…good trader feedback. How long they have been a member of TMP.
Fair postage rates.
Given that I'm trying not to spend any more…I'm more critical about how much of a bargain it is and whether it dovetails into a current project.

1 – An easily navigated site. Well laid out to make it easy to find what I'm looking for.

2 – If selling miniatures than pictures are required (no pics, no sale – no a threat just the truth).

3 – Also if selling Minis, sort the d*mn things by scale. If I'm looking for 15mm stuff I don't want to wade through every other scale while I'm at it.

4 – Shipping rates and terms clearly listed.

5 – If you are slow to ship I'm not buying from you again. Usually online reviews help here.

If we are talking a reseller… I agree with Dynaman.

- Variety of product
- Full Ranges
- Stock Counter
- Pictures
- navigable site
- easy access to check out
- ability to see whats in my carriage even if I open multiple browser windows/tabs

- Decent discounts are nice depending on product
- Decent shipping rates or free shipping when a certain range is reached. (If I can buy it cheaper at the store, I would)
