Thanks, Tango. I have made use of asteroids in my rpg game. Aside from mining outposts, there are a couple of colonies, and even an unmanned outpost for deep space observation. You can use colonized asteroid as background info for space wargames. If one side has colonized an asteroid with a lot of valuable resources, the other side will try to grab it, or at least disrupt production of materials. Asteroids are definitely more than just terrain. |
