I was on vacation in Poland with my gf and one of the stops was Krakow where we spent a couple of days. Being a history oriented nerd I made sure we would check out the Wawel castle which also resulted in some 100 pictures of the buildings, courtyard and exhibitions of the bell tower, royal crypts, limestone caverns under the castle hill and the royal castle itself.

We also went to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Wieliczka salt mine, I will post pictures from those two locations in a few days as the number of pictures from the trip is 680+ from my camera alone!

Anyway check out the rest of the pictures from Wawel castle over at my blog here: link

Very nice. I like your "stealth" pictures. Did you want to start setting up some miniatures on that scale model of the castle?

The scale model of the castle was awesome – it was made out of model materials and was built with some farms and stuff outside the walls. I wanted to play By Fire & Sword on it! :-D
