Hi
Couldn't think of a better forum to start this thread on.The attached picture is my scaled layout for our Christmas game.

If i`ve made any glaringly obvious mistakes let me know guys .

The boards will be 600mm square , the contours are listed at different heights in two separate books but the steps ive used between each level are relative to each other so im ok with that discrepancy.

Alan,
The road at the bottom seems to be the current, that is, modern, auto tour route.

See this map (there are lots of others to be found online):

This is a classic scenario that usually gives a good game. I guess you left off the Devil's Den because you want to emphasize the fighting over the Wheatfield?

Regards and good luck,

Dan

Thanks guys

Yes with only 6` I had to leave something off , although I am still looking at the possibility of a 4`x6` extension up to little round top. Its also to get as many regiments into the battle as possible for the players we have.

Of course after this game the lay out will have many different periods and games laid across it. :-)

Have to also re check the triangle as it shows the top of this as not stone wall , also the east side of the wheat field and where I have the question marks to the south side should be walls?

This is based on the `Warren Map` and I searched it out and that track into Rose Woods isn't there although its in a different place to the modern road down to the Devils Den ??

Thanks Alan
