Nice but I don't recall Egyptian women being that busty in the paintings.

Seems like mummies weren't the only things stuffed back in the days of Ramses.

Dear Armand and Mars Ultor

Nope, certain, checked it again. In all the wall paintings of the Egyptians every woman is a size "A" -__

Thanks for the data Herr Schmidt. (smile)

What about the girls of Sudan?. I mean Sudan, part of the Egyptian Territory on those days.
Maybe they belongs from there? (smile)

Well then obviously the Egyptians of upper Egypt were not fans of "Bay Watch". Maybe that was more popular in the Lower Nile Delta.

The wall paintings/carvings from the period will be the ideal of that period for the feminine.

Lovely looking sculpts and ladies.

Maybe they'll be on my tomb walls…I can't imagine better company in the afterlife. It's just that I'll first probably get eaten by that hippo/lion/crocodile beast that waits for sinners at the gates of the afterlife. Oh, well, I tried.

True and often, the physical ideal is the rarest real-world type to be found at that time. hence the current interest in thinner women in the media, when a look at WalMart customers will show you a very different picture. :D

And I suppose these Egyptian girls would have complained about how unrealistic those tomb painting were – "As IF we could get our breast down that small! Men! " :D

I prefer Brother Vinni's interpretation….

And none of the men had a gut. How likely is that?

(Also, everybody, except Pharaoh, was the same height. And nobody was left handed. I can almost believe in the same haircut…)
