That's Colonel Moran from the Sherlock Holmes stories, and he carries an air powered rifle so I'm told. I think it's a Foundry figure.

Great paint work. The figures in question are both Foundry and have been out of production for quite awhile. That is also the case with the two figures in the last picture.

No it's Scrooge and a character called "The Rat catcher".

A 19th Cent woman with a Bob -I can overlook a certain amount of historical license but you have to draw the line somewhere!!!
