There're several thematic WWI projects on Russian news sites, I found this one to be quite interesting – they're comparing propaganda postcards from both sides of the trenches, and it seems that they're very much alike…

Well prof. photographers probably copied each other when it came to topics and styles. I.e they were more globalized then their respective societies. Still a treasure trove. Spasiba! |
