If you are interested in naval gaming and can get to Milwaukee WI for the first weekend of October this is a great convention.

Every year is different, this time lots of Age of Sail and WWII, very short on ACW and WWI, no Ancients or Pre-dreadnoght but I'm still going because if it floats I'll game it.

We need a similar, SF Bay Area/Sacramento, Pacific Coast convention.
