Hi All,

I purchased a couple of packs of figurehead 1/6000 on eBay and I'm sufficiently happy with them to purchase a larger order :)

Can you guys recommend a good online seller in the US that will provide solid and timely service?

I'm tired of dealing with folks like Hotz and Warweb; I'm not ok with paying for something that I might receive 2+ months later.

Thank you!
Tanner

In the past, I used The Last Square.

Toshach made decals for the carriers and such….I have all the ships to do War at Sea and Victory in the Pacific with minis painted and decaled!

I've had great service from Scale Creep Miniatures.

Both Last Square and Scale Creep have always given me great service.

Agree on both Last Square and Scale Creep. IIRC Last Square are the manufacturer so you would probably have fewer stock issues.

I'd go with Scale Creep because you can see what he has in stock. I ordered some ships from Last Square in June, and while I have always had excellent service from them, I am still waiting for almost half of my order that was backordered. I figured service from the manufacturer would have fewer stock issues, but apparently not.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the great feedback!

It looks like Scale Specialties also carries Figurehead, anyone have experience ordering there?

Thanks,
Tanner

FWIW, Scale Creep has by far the best website.

Last Square and Magister Militum websites are slow with my browser, and to make it worse seem to list the 800+ Figurehead 1/6000 ship packs randomly. The best alternative is if you can make it out to Madison WI, and browse the racks in the Last Square stockroom.

Mark,

Edit. I started to say they no longer had a brick and mortar store but looking at their website that appears to be incorrect.

Scale Specialties has good service and I think u can see what they have in stock on their website.

Thanks for the plug Sudwind. Do you have any pics of your fleets?

I got almost all of my Figurehead ships from Scale Creep Miniatures.

Scale Creep has fast service and can get all the types of ships you are looking for.

Another vote for Scale Creep for all the above reasons.
