Those rules are of Joe's own creation. I believe he plans to publish them once he is done. I know he is also working on a WWII naval project which sounds intriguing. I am a big fan of his previous two efforts – Platoon Forward and Squadron Forward. Mike |

DA, No worries! The tactical rules are a variant of Donnybrook that I am still working out. Middle of NoWhere is an asymmetrical warfare expansion of Platoon Forward. It is geared towards Vietnam but can be used in WW II or Ethiopia. Anywhere it is hard to tell who the enemy is and there is no front line. It has 5 new scenarios, new blinds table, rules for replacements and a new NPC table. (Much higher chance of meeting Fr Larry type characters.) Am toying with adding a background table a la Rifles Forward for the French, US and Auzzies. (I am assuming no one would want to play the NVA/VC in a campaign? )
Once I am set in my new job I will contact Rich and see about getting it published. I would rather publish it as an expansion so folks like Delta don't pay for some material twice.

Glad you enjoy my stuff! I don't release it until I am positive everyone else will like it.
On the naval front I have two projects; my first tactical rules, Release the Hounds which I am thinking of converting to hexes. The second is Flotilla Forward. This one I am having trouble with in that I keep getting ships lost! Unlike Squadron Forward where you can have replacement aircraft within a reasonable amount of time; where are you going to come up with destroyers? And after a ship sinks not that many people come back to duty! Small boats are better but it is still not smooth.
