I like them. I always choose the slow shipping option (sometimes takes weeks) to save $ but it always arrives and it's nice to get a surprise when you've kind of forgotten you had ordered something. |

Always had great service, and prompt responses to any inquiries. The only thing to consider is that the shipping estimates on things that are backordered seems to be way off. I've been waiting over a year for an order that was backordered for 4-6 weeks. They don't charge your account until the item is in stock, so other than wondering if I'll ever get my pair of 1/200 scale Macross Monsters, there's no harm done. |
