The Hubbardton scenario in the supplement says that stragglers have a movement rate of 6" (bottom of page 81). But it does not clarify if this is per turn or per action. What do others think it should be?

Given the fact they were sick or otherwise a shambling mass, I'd say 6 inches per turn.

We interpret it as per action…stragglers have no need to maintain formation.
