The Hubbardton scenario in the supplement says that stragglers have a movement rate of 6" (bottom of page 81). But it does not clarify if this is per turn or per action. What do others think it should be? Thanks, Ezza |

We interpret it as per action…stragglers have no need to maintain formation. |
