I really like the look of his products, especially for Normandy at the 20mm scale. Does anyone have experience with his products? Are they MDF or Resin? Easy to assemble? Thanks. ccmatty |

I have 3 of his Normandy buildings. They are resin. Nicely detailed. 4 walls and a roof in two pieces. I couldn't quite figure out how to assemble the roof. Not sure I did it right. Took longer than I expected for delivery. (Longer than from the UK-I'm in USA, east coast). Communication was a bit slow. I think there may have been a language barrier (I don't speak any German). |

Had one order and several email conversations, all ok. All well done, though pricey. delivery Ok, no pb. If you are able/willing to add to his stuff, you can easily put interiors and more. |

My purchase from them arrived very poorly packed with one piece cracked. What bothered me the most about it was when I contacted the company with a suggestion of doing a better job of packaging his response was almost flippant. The impression I got of his attitude was: "that's how we do our packages and it's good enough". When the building came to me the separate pieces were loose inside the box rattling around with just a few styrafoam nuggets thrown in. I live in the USA BTW. I really like their buildings but won't order anymore if they refuse to do better with their packaging. |

My purchase from them arrived very poorly packed with one piece cracked. Yes, that reminds me that one of the pieces I received had a broken window. It wasn't packed very well. |

Thank you for the heads up. I might consider looking around some more for additional 20mm buildings and terrain. I appreciate your help. ccmatty |

@Randy. Good to read sometimes this Forum. I remember that we wrote about this delivery. I told you that we make a simple package to safe costs (I guess my prices for world wide sending are good). I explained that to you. I offered you to send a new part for the broken item (what I will always do). But you wrote thatīs not necessary. Your post suggests that Iīam not interested that you get the stuff. And often the customs open the boxes to look for the stuff and did not pack it back careful. @all Sendings always run as tracked postage. Myself I can follow the packages (and also the recipient). Mostly after some days (for example USA) the package enters your Country border. But then the Status "at customs" takes a very long time. And a language barrier ? I donīt think so. So again, if you get broken parts, why you did not write an email ?? |

So again, if you get broken parts, why you did not write an email ?? Why don't you pack the items more securely so your customers don't have to contact you about broken parts? |
