This small Kickstarter campaign got off to a wretched start which resulted in a wholesale change of sculptors, mediums and production techniques (check out the updates and comments for a real tale of woe!). But amazingly has been dragged back from oblivion and is now more than funded and breaking through the first 4 free stretch goals.

The team behind it are basically producing everything at cost to ensure they get a successful campaign and salvage their somewhat battered reputations. Anything you back for is covered by a full money back guarantee.

They have a great start to a range of 28mm Dungeon Crawl Scenery (Intact and destroyed Furniture, Monster Lairs, Mushroom/Fungi, Spell effects and some giant slugs and maggot type critters.

$15 USD pledge gets a set of 10 pieces of intact furniture, a set of 10 broken furniture, 10 mushroom/fungi and a monster, plus the free stretch goals.
$30 USD pledge gets double that (plus can pick and choose the furniture pieces instead of taking a set) plus 10 Stalagmites and the free stretch goals.

Other pledges add in Spell effects, monster lairs etc

There are also a range of various sized sea monsters taken from the "…here be monstyrs…" images on Old Nautical charts. Ranging from museum display models down through 28mm game suitable to small figures suited for 1/1200 Naval gaming (Dreadfleet, Man O War type or vs Historical Ships of the Line)

Very unusual selection of pieces and well worth a look, especially with the money back offer….. Just don't expect anything like the slick, glossy marketing professional KS campaigns CMoN or Mantic run, this is not in that league.

For disclosure: I am a backer and provided ideas and concepts for much of the dungeon scenery/monsters but am not associated with ADWgames or the KS in any other way.

I would love to just straight up buy those mushrooms from a retail store, but I have followed ADW's previous (aborted) Kickstarter attempts and have concluded that they aren't worth the risk.

Yeah the Ice Age Mammals one also looked like a FUBAR waiting to happen. No thanks.
