Event Registration will soon be open…but dont let that stop you from registering as a Game Master. I plan on running some All Quiet on the Martian Front games. Just wonder what others plan on running. Or if you know of someone that would be a great GM to have at the convention. |

My guess is that it means "first battle" in various wars through time. For example maybe Bull Run as the first major battle of the ACW. |

"First contact" also refers to two previously separate societies meting for the first time like aliens and humans or European explorers and native people. |

First Contact refers to both; the first time two armies meet, first time two generals meet, or the first time humans encounter aliens. |

Some excellent interpretations of what First Contact means. It is really up to the Game Master to make the interpretation not the convention directors. |

I've always heard it was a good regional show, but was never able to go, a few chaps have told me that they preferred LW to cold wars. |
