In theory, they're for an army under the "Fast and Dirty" ruleset. They're supposed to channel some features from the Global Defense Initiative (GDI) faction from Tiberian Sun (one for Tiberian Dawn era is upcoming).
When I get a chance I'll try and snap a few pictures of their gun teams. I'd done up about a platoon worth back before, and I'm afraid the scheme may be a bit dull. It's almost verbatim from the example pics off the site, if memory serves (as are my Rebel Sahadeen!). It's still military-like and functional – certainly better than dressing them up in bright blue armour, spacemarine style.
The bases are bald. I wasn't ever able to decide what I wanted down, so I try to keep it "bare earth" as that could, in theory, fit in well enough for urban as well as rural boards.
Let me know how I'm doing. I am not a skilled photo-guy, and my light box was constructed a bit hastily. If you'd like to rate, judge or offer critique on anything, I'm always looking to make the next project better than the last.

EDIT: Couldn't crosspost to 15mm sci fi – I saw 15mm Fantasy listed, but not SciFi. In fact that crosspost list in general was lacking a few boards…
