You can get 1/285 decals that would work, if put on to a painted area for the back ground. Try GHQ.

Those must be incredibly small. Just curious: why not freehand it? It's gotta be one of the simplest designs…

I found some perfect 1/72nd scale aircraft "Kill Marking" decals. I'm 7000 miles away from home, though, so I can't check the manufacturer.

I use 1/285 scale decals from I-94 Enterprises. GR-100 is the code to look at. They are perfect for the arm band swastikas.
