I ordered a plain 2" hexed map on 7/29. I have no map or any updates from them. Emailed them today 9/2 and asked for an update. I will file a Paypal claim in a couple days (since you only have 45 days after the purchase to dispute it).

These guys normally this slow?

Just wanted to comment…..no sooner did I email them they contacted me with an update.

That was fast!

Not me. I am still waiting for an order that I paid for 3 weeks ago. Their service stinks and they overcharge for shipping. Never again.

Sheez. Three weeks isn't that long.

In this day and age three weeks is VERY long. Companies need to realize that there are competitors who ship their products quickly and that has now become the expected norm. If I have an item to sell, and even only mail once a week, a consumer would still receive their order by the second week.

The market isn't the product, the market is customer service.

Well, it's not like I won't be getting my mat OR my money back, but I won't order something from anyone who needs a month to sell me an item that should only take a few days to make.
