I've been particularly pleased to get THW rules and PigWars in both 1 and 2. It really works out well for me.
Many other rules I bought new in hard copy, and I picked up a few sets used at various events. Grelber |

If a publisher gives a free PDF with the softcopy, then I will usually start with that. |
