…Wars In The Middle East. "As fighters for the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria continue to seize territory, the group has quietly built an effective management structure of mostly middle-aged Iraqis overseeing departments of finance, arms, local governance, military operations and recruitment. At the top the organization is the self-declared leader of all Muslims, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, a radical chief executive officer of sorts, who handpicked many of his deputies from among the men he met while a prisoner in American custody at the Camp Bucca detention center a decade ago. He had a preference for military men, and so his leadership team includes many officers from Saddam Hussein's long-disbanded army…" Full article here link Amicalement Armand |

They might be winning battles, but the extreme version of Sharia that they're pushing is making elements of the occupied population turn against them. Ironically, if ISIS had pushed a slower implementation of Sharia, they'd probably be welcomed by most of the occupied population that is currently very upset with them. Basic rule of insurgency warfare, applies to both sides: make sure the locals hate you less than they hate the other guy. |

We live in the strangest of times! Game this as WW3 'The Begining of the End!' ISIS or ISIL are everywhere, they have infiltrators in the West & many governments by proxy! Just Google it. |

And behind it all is the desire for the End of the World! YouTube link The building of Bayt al-Maqdis (al-Aqsa in Jerusalem) will be followed by the destruction of Yathrib (Madinah), which will be followed by a fierce battle (great war), which will be followed by the conquest of Rome, which will be followed by the appearance of the Dajjal [Antichrist]." – The "prophet" of Islam,Translation of Sunan Abu-Dawud, Battles (Kitab Al-Malahim), Book 37, Number 4281. Note, I don't vouch for all the claims on this site by far. But, find it informative. link |

On the plus side … It appears US CAS in support of the Kurds and log support from the US, UK, France, Germany and a few others is having some effect … But again, you can get most of the models to play this conflict from GHQ … |

but the extreme version of Sharia that they're pushing is making elements of the occupied population turn against them Well maybe, but if you take half of them and either cut their heads off or put them into a ditch and shoot them tends to put a stop to this. Oh and then you take the other half and make sex slaves out of them. End of protests. |
