Well, I'm back from my holidays and have done some more work on re-basing the Gauls for Hail Caesar.

This time, chariots, disorder markers and casualty markers.

Caesars's Gallic Wars have always had a strong allure, one of those periods I've not done yet but could really see falling into. Work like yours makes it even more tempting. Your brushwork and basing is magnificent, not just on the chariots above, but on the casualty markers also! Keep up the great work (and keep showing it to us)!!

Damn. Are you trying to persuade me that the Celts I use as Seleucid and Punic auxiliaries should be expanded into an army themselves? Get thee behind me!

Lovely work, and a great idea for all those left over bits and pieces.

I seem to recall that only the Celts still used chariots, not the Gauls. Cesar only encountered them in Brittain.

Thanks for all your kind comments.

These are for a bit earlier than Caesars Gallic adventures, we plan to start playing some Punic Wars games in the near future and these will be used for that. I am going to re-base the Carthaginians next.
