I looked at these rules. I'm not very handy. Is there anywhere I can buy the stands instead of building them myself?

If you have the 1:100 scale AAAF aircraft models, you can just use those stands that come with them.

As for flight stands you can buy? Well, it depends on the scale of your aircraft and if you want fixed flight bases, or adjustable flight bases (to show altitude). For fixed ones, several manufactures make these, but it probably depends on scale aircraft.
