Are they still available?
I do not care for the new 5 or 6 hole terrained thick bases. I had a stash of medium and small ones but painting 3 companies of ANZACs put a severe crimp in them.
Is it still possible to buy packs of the old style Flames of War bases? I have a pound or two of CD Japanese and those PSC infantry look tempting.

IIRC they're special order direct from BF, but I suspect that there's plenty of FLGS that still have them in stock. If starting a new force from scratch I'd go with the alternative manufacturers, I think PSC or Renadra do a range of bases in the same dimensions.

Also several ebay sellers have the original bases for sale at or below retail with free shipping from many of them. There's also MDF alternatives listed for flames of war medium (or other size) bases when you search ebay.

PSC bases are exactly the same I think… saw a pack when I was last in the warehouse.

I didn't know PSC sold bases. None have come with the boxes I bought (primarily guns). I've been buying the FOW bases & using spackling compound to fill the holes.

Well, I learn something new every day.

PSC's bases are SLIGHTLY bigger, as in 1mmish bigger on dimensions. Not something that will be noticed on the playing field but some of the bases don't fit exactly into the Battlefoam Flames of War layers.
