I'm toying with the idea of a campaign for Muskets and Tomahawks. Has anyone come across anything that works as a skirmish level campaign for the French & Indian War?

Thanks, Bill.

There is currently a world-wide M&T campaign going on. You are welcome to join, you just have to submit battle reports. Or just steal the rules. :-)

Thanks for this. I wish that the company that makes the rules would think about coming out with a campaign supplement. Unfortunately I think they are totally caught up in Saga, and, alas, their patron Gripping Beast don't do any figures for the period, so it's unlikely to ever happen.

If you want to do a real one to one type game, look at Two Hour Wargames "Long Rifle".

Thanks for the pointer Nochules. I was thinking of something where one battle's outcome effects the next, but this looks like a starting point.

Nick, I like M&T's scale better – 40ish a side. What is it you like about Long Rifle's campaign stuff?

Bill.

@blacksoilbill

Nochule pointed you to my blog. I am working on adapting the campaign rules on my blog. When we ran the 1754 year of the campaign I had the outcome of the first battles impact the second battle for example the first battle of 1754 was a scouting objective vs scouting objective. The "side" that had the most games where the scouting objective was achieved got to choose their objective in the second game of 1754 which was Raid. Vs Protection. Also most of the campaign rules are not published on the blog. If you are a member of the Studiotomahawk forum here

Send me a PM with your email address and I will send you all th rules campaign rules I have written up. I am keegantdad on that forum.
