I placed an order about 10 days ago and I've not heard from them, so I sent an e-mail a couple of days ago. I've still not heard anything from them. Any one know anything, I know they could just be on holiday but if not I'm just a bit concerned my order may of gone astray. Thanks in advance for any info |

I placed an order a few weeks back and received a reply that they will be on holiday and hoping that a delay of a few weeks would be OK … I'm imagining that I will be waiting til around the end of the month … Phil |

Me too. They have gone on holiday so orders will be delayed about 4 weeks in my case according to their email. |

I've dealt with them a bit in the past from Australia and never had an issue. Nice figures and good service. |

Thanks for the responses guys, I dealt with museum miniatures years ago and the service was first class. I even remember getting excellent service face to face over the counter in QT models many many years ago! What a shop that was, or should I say shops, seeing that they moved around the corner more or less. |
