…..for the buff color the US Navy used for its vertical upperworks? I have seen color representations of it ranging from a light buff to a dark buff. I have several US pre-dreads from Old Glory 25 Shipyards and want to paint them in the peace time color.

If the models are small then err on the side of the lighter colour.
