I finally broke down and bought a copy of Signal Close Action (4th ed.).

This rules set seems to cover just about every contingency, so I was shocked to find that there are no historical fleet stats lists, scenarios or OOB included. To play any historical scenario, I'll have to go back to other sources and construct the game stats for each ship based on crew quality, ship speed, etc.

Am I just overlooking something here? If there is definitely none of this data provided by the publisher, has anyone else generated any scenarios or ship databases for this game?

Most of my 1/1200 games have been using Mark Campbell's Close Action, so I've gotten used to his three fat books of incredibly detailed historical and what-if scenarios. At a fleet level, Nagel's Flying Colors series has offered similar data.

For a rules set with such attention to all possible circumstances, I'm surprised to see this missing from SCA.
