Here's a link to Eureka's website page. Scroll all the way down to see the AB figures in question.

How anachronistic would it be to use the Sapeur and Hornist figures for 10th Legere in 1805?

I've been googling for pictures of Sapeurs and Hornists in 1805 to try and verify myself, but all I can find are pictures of Sapeurs and Hornists from 1807 and later.

Edit: added text below

My reference for the Sapeur in busby (colpack) for 10th Legere is Napoleon's Light Infantry, Osprey #146, page 23:

Sapeurs
As for the Line infantry, sapeurs' uniforms were usually styled on those of the carabiniers, plus grenade and crossed-axes sleeve badges, apron, gauntlets, axe and case, straight-bladed sabre and carbine, with beards mandatory. Among recorded regimental variations are:
(skipping 5th and 7th Legere)
10th Legere: Busby; red epaulettes with crescents edged white, red crossed-axes badge.

The Sapeur would be fine, but the hornist has the later shako as the light infantry in 1805 were in the earlier shako with the side plume. You could always pick up this hornist and do a head swap to get him in a busby.

Oh, good! Of the two, the Sapeur figure is my preference. The AB French 1798-1806 figures include a Light Infantry Drummer (F13), but I was wondering if the Sapeur or Hornist could be used instead without looking out of place for 1805. Thanks!
