Old Glory supplies several hundred retailers with product.
All of these retailers are supplied the product in a reasonable amount of time.
If anyone has a problem not receiving Old Glory product from a second party provider this will not be due to Old Glory Corp not fulfilling their orders except in the case where the retailer has serious outstanding unpaid invoices.
If you have placed any order with anyone other then oldgloryminiatures.com or oldglory25s.com we can not be responsible if they do not provide you with the product you purchased from them.
Although we encourage the consumer to purchase and support the retailers who carry our product – at the same time if you have had a problem with a retailer we suggest you find a new retail outlet or place your next purchases directly from the manufacturer.

I am sure this has been answered a million time but why are there two Old Glory sites?

Hi Mike! The two companies listed above in Russ' message are separate.

Here is a quote from the webpage of the one in Georgia (oldgloryminatures.com):

"Rather than take their time and skill away from what they do best (which is making miniatures), Old Glory outsourced the handling of their internet presence and on-line customer support to us, Oldgloryminiatures.com. We are a marketing company experienced with Web Development, Internet Marketing, and Customer Service, and are based in the Bethlehem, GA area. Old Glory is based in Pennsylvania. Each company is a legal separate corporate entity, and each company has a separate set of corporate owners." link

To answer your question – without knowing for certain – putting on my lawyer's hat, my best guess is that Old Glory initially farmed out internet-based sales to the Georgia company. Later, they decided to do their own internet sales direct from the factory in Pennsylvania. Until the contract expires, the Georgia company will continue to operate.

"I am sure this has been answered a million time but why are there two Old Glory sites?" because old glory is so glorious that there have to be about three websites with that name??? :-)
