"Pintel mounted weapons & cargo crates from Brigade " Topic

Straight from the Brigade blog some useful new 15mm items, i believe the long cargo containers measure 100mm long, 27mm wide which would make them about 33ft long and 8ft wide in 1/100 scale.
Sharp-eyed readers might have noticed some cargo pods and containers in the background of some of our recent photos, and I've just added both to the website today – they were supposed to be released on Friday, but since the work is done and the website updated we thought we might as well announce them now.

We have some new 15mm accessories on the website today – and going by the correspondence I've had (mostly along the lines of ‘when are they going to be out ?') I suspect that quite a few people need some of these. They are the 15mm pintel weapons, ideal for upgrading your vehicles and giving the guys in the turret something else to shoot with ! We have four designs, all with an integral gun shields.

Excellent work, guys.

The smaller pods have a very 'Trek' feel about them but I can't recall the reference.

The bigger cargo modules are begging for a vehicle or two specifically designed to haul them as part of a transport package/system: things with flat beds to take one and a trailer to take a second pod. That kinda thing.

They also need the facility to build them into colony habitats. Stacked and connected and so forth. Some white metal windows that fit flush on the outside between the ribs to convert them into cabins. A (white metal?) raised leg base (like they are on stilts) to have two (or more) at different heights. All of that would be a terrific use for these.

Oh and the pintel guns are stonking and I thoroughly approve of gunshields!
