Winston, did you look at the poll results ? 34% wants to get rid of the board (Was 22% two days ago) ! If the poll REALLY was "only" about changing the name, why was this option introduced ? No, the puritan conspiration seems to work – in a few days we pass the 50% and then we can only hope that Bill will ignore those black-dressed creeps… |

I would love to have these, and several of his other art works, in 28mm figures. I'd work them into units with my other figures just to see if anyone noticed. I love the 28mm cheese cake Russian Nap. artillery crew that a company did. Sadly, I don't have any 28mm Nap. figures. Now if they did them a 28mm cheese cake artillery crew for AWI or ACW, well…that would be great. |

The board will not go away as long as the libertarians combine with the ordered liberty camp and change their votes to rename. Then we will have a good solid majority against the puritans. It is called coalition politics. |

do away with the board 43%
no opinion 2%
Keep ii as is 24% Does the 24% who don't want to change get added to the 41% who just want to change the name to make it 65% to keep it in existence, or do the Pewter Puritans win on a plurality>? The question is how will Bill and the editor interpret the data. I suspect that regardless of how the data is evaluated, even if the discontinue the board people lost they would continue agitation. That's the way those people are. |

The question is how will Bill and the editor interpret the data. And that has always been an issue with the way polls are conducted on TMP. too many options that do not give a clear majority. Perhaps it is to give the Editor flexibility in interpreting the results? Right now, it is 41% rename and 33% to get rid of it.
Barring a last minute Frothers drive by vote switch and/or sock puppet blitz, boobies are safe, but renamed.
Allowing Locked Accounts to vote is dangerous. |

I have just changed my vote. Stopping the puritans (I still am flabbergasted that so many people with whom I share this hobby can be this small-minded ! In The Netherlands I would not expect more than something like 3%, if that, to want to do away with this board !) is more important than keeping a funny name.
