received two orders fairly recently, both very quickly, one with note saying one pack to follow, one with note saying 2 packs to follow. received the two packs about two weeks later, and the one pack (from the more recent order is still waiting at about two weeks) |

I ordered from them a few years ago – ancients and dark ages, only got part of my order, then got another part of my order, then got some random mixed up figures that I hadn't ordered, then got some packs that were mispacked then got a pack with two ancient figures and two ww2 soviets, then got a pack with three dark ages and one flamethrower crewman, then eventually got the packs that finished the order. But since then – never had a problem with black tree – and must have ordered five times from them in last two years? |
