The notices for NavCon 2014 are going out, and I was pleased to see that the event schedule now runs from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon! That's almost a full 48 hours of naval gaming goodness for only $12 USD, plus the usual great door prizes and, this year, two War College presentations from distinguished guests of honor Jack Greene and David Wesely.

I'll be running multiple sessions of frigate duels using my new game, "Captains Bold", but if you're not into fighting sail there's always a great variety of naval games on the schedule, from galleys to guided missiles.

I don't have access to actual numbers, but I'd guess around 100 (and growing).

Well worth attending. Some great games.
