I got asked to show some WIP for "hardening" some simple 3D terrain that comes with our new Infected scifi/horror scenario. While this set of WIP and instructions uses the templates in the .pdf, the technique is more general, and could be used for pretty much any terrain you want.

In fact, I didn't come up with the idea for the scenarios; I've used the technique with textured scrapbook paper and dollhouse wall/floor paper before.
