The Great Martian War

Combining period archive with state-of-the-art special effects and featuring moving interviews with aging veterans, this movie explores the world conflict and devastation of Europe where a rag-tag alliance digs in against monstrous Alien war-machines.

On BBC America, 9pm
Saturday, August 2nd

Sweet! I'm optimistic, especially since SyFy is in no way connected with the project!

Looks good.

I did a search on FB, and it came up under Games/Toys, so there's an app/game associated with it already.

Saw it when shown in UK, sci-fi would done a better job.

The 'state of the art' effect were mediocre at best (being polite) & the story line just sucked.

Would not waste the time watching it, would have to pay me a lot to watch the damned show again.

Regards

MMG.

I was underwhelmed to say the least
Seeing biplanes armed with energy cannons made me happy but those few seconds were not worth the rest
