Anybody else get an accidental double shipment of Relic Knights? I did, back around the end of June. Next day I get a frantic email essentially "Sorry we sent a double shipment to you… please pack it up again. We are sending you a shipping label. Send it back as soon as you can" July 14th, Two weeks later, no label yet, I get another email from another person there. Essentially "We are waiting for your shipment, please send it." So I tell them I do not have a label yet. "Oh sorry… your shipping label should be sent to you shortly." Then later "I have attached a [PDF] copy of your return shipping label to this email." – I presume to show me that they did indeed generate it. I assume a real label is still on the way. July 21st I email them "still no label here". No response. Today I get an email from a third person – essentially "apparently you have not shipped the double shipment back to us. FedEx is coming to your house tomorrow. Please prepare the package with the premade label we sent you." I respond "Sorry… no label here yet. See my email of July 21st". Anybody else going through this? |

I think they intend that you print the attached shipping label and tape it to the box, or at least thats how it reads above. |

In Massachusetts, unsolicited mail is yours to keep. |

Not sure how it is in Texas, but I'd be pretty grumpy about a company telling me to fix their mistake. |

I'd be pretty grumpy about a company telling me to fix their mistake. You know, you hit the nail on the head there. First off, this stuff was what…. 18 months or so late? Then when I finally get my order, not only have I long since lost interest but there is stuff missing from the order, which takes another two weeks to show up. So, interest or not I decide to give painting some of the stuff a try, and there are pieces missing from 2 of the first 4 figure boxes I open. Then I get this second shipment and they are like "drop what you are doing and take it somewhere to send it back when you get the label", and I never get the label. Then they do not answer my email about not getting the label. Sheesh! Like… I don't even want to touch the stuff to put it on eBay! |

There was one other person on the comments section that had that happen. I received a second box of Cerci stuff last week (the tokens, mini book, deck, dashboard), and I have no idea why. I'm sure I'll get a 'send it back' note. |

Sheesh! Like… I don't even want to touch the stuff to put it on eBay! OK. Send it all to me instead…
