Infantry pending …. Lots of painting and varnishing to get done…man cave needs some work as well.

Nice setup. I wouldn't worry about the tree scale. I'm not aware of a set scale for trees. The ones in my yard don't seem to be following a set scale.

Are those combat wombat tanks for the rusk? Are they using tracks or are they GEV?

Twoball Cane26 Jul 2014 9:18 p.m. PST

Yes they're combat wombat tanks and apc for the rusk…and they are tracked !

Looks like a very nice set up, i also wouldn't be overly worried about the scale of the local flora,(have you not heard about the pine trees on Fragglewood Prime they make the giant Redwoods on Earth look like tooth picks) i would suggest that a few natural rocky outcrops and maybe some wet marshland near to the river would be a useful addition to your table which are easily found on E-Bay but from what i can see your table is off to a great start… :) zac

Looking good! Like the buildings, what are they?

Capt Flash27 Jul 2014 4:02 p.m. PST

Yes, +1 to Armies question!
Trees are fine, the whole thing looks good.

Twoball Cane27 Jul 2014 4:48 p.m. PST

Thanks guys…..ah the buildings

The largest one is from bluemoon

A few gamecraft minis afghan hovels…w some scifi bits added from antenocities

The rest are the wonderful buildings from brigade models

They're only prepped not painted or based as I'm planning…just wanted to put something together and post!

Wargamedownloads27 Jul 2014 8:55 p.m. PST

Yeah I was wondering about the 1 story buildings left of the river in the top picture.

Twoball Cane29 Jul 2014 2:39 p.m. PST

Those are both gamecraft resin hovels one with a garage and one without…minor gripe one wall was a little warped but it is not too noticeable.

I added some scifi doors from antenocities
