Amazon says it's not to be release until August 19, but I'm reading that people purchased it at Historicon this weekend. What gives? |

Dean said at Johnny Con that ADF would be for sale at Historicon and for general sale sometime in August. It was not a promise but what was planned. |

Here is an update on Across a Deadly Field availability: "….. several people have commented online that they don't understand why the rules were sold at Historicon, but they aren't available on Amazon until mid August? At the last minute Osprey was able to… air (ship) sufficient copies from the printer in Hong Kong -- they were not sure they could do it -- but, they did. No plan, just some good luck for the Historicon attendees…that said, the copies at Historicon were going for full retail of $40 USD…so, those guys that have it pre-ordered from Amazon will still get it cheaper……….."…John Hill |

@lindrp There are reviews of ADF in Wargames Illustrated and ACW Gamer: The Ezine. Additionally, Cigarboxbattle.com has posted an article on first impressions of ADF. |
