After years of off-and-on ordering on-line from THW, I finally had a problem getting my PDF of the final version of Nuts! to download, probably caused by my computer rather than anything at Ed's end. Rather than making me go through the order process again, Ed e-mailed me the file. That's the sort of customer service that a couple of other TMP advertisers might want to emulate. LT |

I love dealing with the man, he answers his email, his products are superb and reasonably priced, enough good things cannot be said about Ed. Yes, I agree, Ed has the qualities of excellent customer service that other manufacturers should apply to their businesses… - Scott |
