I like that scenario.

The N@W people would be wise to knock out another dozen or so scenarios to keep up the interest.

My personal gripe is the scenarios that use half the table and half the armies. Every now and again these are fun, but not for competition style events that I have travelled and paid to attend.

Your direct – both sides get stuck in – scenario with a victory modification is a good balance.
