Hi, I need a good dwarf cleric miniature in "heroic" 28mm for my new 5E d&d campaign. I looked at reaper's options and found nothing i liked. Could someone suggest something appropriate Thanks. |

Hey jeeves, Since your asking for such a broad response could you possibly narrow it down a bit? Gear, weapons, armor, hair, hair style, god, body type, big nose. Just narrow the list a bit. :-0 Grimm |

Sure. Any weapon would be ok. He should look a bit like a spellcaster. Wearing some kind of armor would be good. Maybe chain. |

Possible options. The war council at bottom link has 4 minis. Difficult to tell from picture but a couple look spellcastery to me. link link link link |

The chap holding the sword beside the standing runestone is a geat Dwarven cleric. Sadly I can recall neither the manufacturer nor where I got him. I may have another like it though if you cannot source it. I'll hunt around at home. |

I used a Reaper Kneebreaker and replaced the battleax with a Warhammer for my cleric in my last DnD game. |

This mage but could easily pass for a cleric, definately a spellcaster, of "heroic" stature and from the chunky school of figure design – but he is sans armour: link Or this old Asgard figure is a real classic (especially if you're of a certain age and hail from Nottingham!) but admittedly at 25mm scale may be sightly too small of stature for your requirements: link |

stenicplus I'm curious, is your dwarf army there mainly from one manufacturer or several? I'd like to know who made them. |

Mage Knight made a dwarven figure, holding a medallion in one hand, as if he was presenting his Holy Symbol to Turn Undead. I have one, but I re-base them, so I cannot tell you its MK name. Sorry. Try searching the Internet for 'Mage Knight Dwarf', or ask some MK fans what its proper name is, if interested. Cheers! |

Jeeves, Several and collected years ago. GW is one of the makes but the rest were picked up at Bring & Buys back in the mid to late 90s so I've no idea. |

Jeeves, There's a new fixed set distribution D&D prepainted coming. The starter set is called Icons of the Realm or similar. It contains a dwarf cleric (I can't get any close up shots to determine if it's male or female---assuming that makes a difference since it's an RPG character). Looks like the cleric has gold/brazen colored armor and generally looks cool from the group pictures I've see of all this Icons minis. Let the female dwarf beard jokes begin. |
