The first Hold The Line convention was just held in west-end Toronto and it worked out very well. (Including raising $ 950 for the Wounded Warrior charity from the many, many raffle prizes.)

Here's a selection of game photos from the afternoon games and the setup process for a Napoleonic land/naval raid game set for the evening. There was also a painting competition and a building-making competition also shown here with a photo sampling.

Let's hope it returns next year and for many years in the future.

Thanks for posting – not a long drive for me so hopefully it will be held next year!

Glad everyone had a good time, thank you for coming out! Hold the Line is now officially an annual event, we will definitely be running it next year!

Great to hear Alex. It was a nice spot, easy to get to (at least on a weekend, not sure I'd want to do that drive from Peterborough during the week!). Everything seemed to run smoothly, just wish I could have stayed longer.
