A few questions about Perry Samurai line'

1. Do the samurai packs come with sashimonos as in the pictures on their online catalogue?

2. Same question but about ashigaru, or do you only get sashimonos for the paxk of ashigaru with yard (sashimi)?

3. Regarding the Veni Vedi Veci decals, are the 15mm ones the ones to use for sashimono or would you use the 25mm ones. Seems to be conflicting info about this.

Thanks for any answers to these,
George

yes, if the picture has sashimono then the figures come with them

I don't know about VVV. but Kinsford has some decals link (which might even be the VVV decals sold under license?) which they suggest using the 15mm for the sashimono and the 28mm for the nobori.

steelfist miniatures are now offering decals , they look excellent , havent got any yet but if the Date clan turn up that will change

Thanks for the info, so the pictured ashigaru that are not shown with sashimono do not have any correct? Aka, archers and teppo armed?

So does one have to drill holes in those then and attach the sashimono banners bought as a blister?

Yes, those who come with sashimono has it in the picture. No sashimono in picure = no sashimono in the pack.

If you use a pin vice or dremel you should be able to drill a hole to attach a sashimono if you buy separate ones.

Archers and teppo really shouldn't have sashimono, though. At least not the rank and file. Their squad leader probably would have a sashimono, but it would be a simple one, probably just showing troop type, not an individual-heraldry sashimono.

Thanks so much guys, I really appreciate it the info from all of you. Now to finalize my order for Perry's. My wife loves the larger scales, most of my stuff is 15mm. LOL Perhaps I can convince her to roll the dice together under the cherry blossum trees. LOL
