While cruising through Wargames Vault, I saw Proving Ground Games' Fields of Fire modern 1:1 company-per-side rules were available, does anyone have any experience with them?

I downloaded the free quickplay rules, and they seem ok (though I'm not sure how a M1A2 will get rated for armour when a M60A3 has a Heavy rating).

My current modern ruleset is an adaption of Strike Legion sci-fi rules that I worked up, but I've been bogged down rating vehicles, and now SL has a new compendium that I might need to switch over to – so a set of rules good to go out of the box would be nice.

What the free rules don't show is anything about command and control and friction, so I'm curious if that is in the rules at all.
